Lately I've been cooking more vegan meals, and making tons of salads. I find that when I eat this type of diet I have more energy, I feel better, skin is better and no breakouts, my breath is never bad, even my sweat doesn't offend, weight tends to come off easy, I feel more calm and relaxed, and have a more positive outlook. What is not to love about cooking wonderful healthy food? Since these meals are quickly eaten never to be seen again, I have been snapping pictures of my meals before eating them. :-)
